The Savior’s Come | What Is Wise About the Wise Virgins?

The Savior’s Come | What Is Wise About the Wise Virgins?

The Lord Jesus said, “And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go you out to meet him” (Matthew 25:6). Revelation prophesied, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20). This is the true meaning of rapture at the coming of the Lord. If you want to greet the second coming of the Lord, it is principally important to be able to hear His voice. When God works and expresses His word, the wise virgins will be able to recognize His voice and thus go to the marriage feast of the Lamb and be raptured before the throne.

Gospel Movie Clip "The Mystery of Godliness" (1) - The Mystery of the Coming of the Son of Man

Introduction

Speaking of the Lord's return, the Lord Jesus said, "Be you therefore ready also: for the Son of man comes at an hour when you think not" (Luke 12: 40). "For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation" (Luke 17:24-25). These prophesies mention "the Son of man comes" or "the coming of the Son of man", so what exactly is meant by "the coming of the Son of man"? In what way will the Lord Jesus make His return? This short film will disclose the truth to you.

Why Do Jews Reject Jesus As the Messiah? Here Are 2 Reasons

Lord Jesus, Jehovah , believed in God, served God, the Bible , the last days,
By Xia Wei

As we all know, the Jews were God’s chosen people, Israel was the birthplace of God’s work, the Old Testament predicted that the Messiah would lead the lives of the Israelites, and thus the Jews had eagerly yearned for the coming of the Messiah. But why was it that when the Messiah—the Lord Jesus—truly came to work, they didn’t accept Him, yet opposed Him and even crucified Him? This is what we will talk about today. May the Lord guide us.

The first reason was that the Jews relied on their imaginings and notions to understand the prophecies and delimit God’s work.

It is recorded in chapter 9, verses 6–7 in the Book of Isaiah, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given: and the government shall be on His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, on the throne of David, and on His kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from now on even for ever. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this.

Is Working Hard Equivalent to Obeying God?

the gospel, Lord Jesus, Christ, obey God, kingdom of heaven

By Jinyan

Li Xin is a co-worker in a church. Over the years of her belief in the Lord, she has always enthusiastically expended and worked for the Lord and has suffered and paid a price for Him. No matter what the church needed her to do, she would actively do it; even when faced with the danger of being arrested and persecuted by the CCP, she still persisted in spreading the gospel. She firmly believed that her forsaking and expending for the Lord was obeying God, that the Lord would definitely take delight in her, and that she would surely have a place in the kingdom of heaven in the future.

What Does “Pray Without Ceasing” Mean? What Is the Significance of It?

pray to God, God’s salvation, God’s words, Lord Jesus, worship God

By Li Chen

1. What does praying without ceasing refer to?

Regarding the apostle Paul’s words “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17), many people interpret them as constantly speaking to God and consider it a very difficult thing to accomplish. In fact, praying without ceasing is not some sort of outward ritual. Instead, it refers to us Christians honoring God as great, relying on and looking to God, communicating with God in our spirits and living before God at all times. Praying without ceasing does not hold to a certain format, nor is it limited to a fixed time or place. Regardless of whether we are free or busy, strong or weak, whether our environment is comfortable or harsh, whether we have difficulties or not, or whether we have made transgressions or not, we can pray to God and communicate with Him. Even when our hands are busy doing something, we can still pray to God in our hearts. Whether we are sitting on the bus, working, or preaching, we can always pray to God, draw close to Him with heart, and quiet our hearts before the Lord. In short, we can practice praying at any time and any place.

How to Handle Bible Prophecy So as Not to Miss the Lord’s Return

flesh, God’s salvation, the Bible, Lord Jesus, the last days

By Qianhe

Prophecies are about things that haven’t happened yet, that God has already told us about. Some of them are signs that He gave to prophets so that they would write about them, such as in the books of Isaiah and Daniel. Some of them were told to people directly by God in the flesh, like the Lord Jesus’ prophecies about the last days. How a prophecy is actually fulfilled isn’t something that we as humans can fathom. What I want to express here is that we all know that prophecies aren’t things that people can full understand, but many people still try to rely on their own thinking and imaginations in looking at biblical prophecies. They give sermons without any restraint based on the literal meanings of prophecies. This is a really serious issue. Not only can this bring harm to others, but it can also mislead them so that they may miss out on God’s salvation or even be resistant to God.

Bible Prophecy Has Come True | "How Exactly Does the Lord Come" (Crosstalk) | Christian Variety Show

Inspirational Christian Video | "How Exactly Does the Lord Come" (Crosstalk)

In the last days, the mood of Christians awaiting the return of the Lord Jesus becomes more intense, but how, exactly, will the Lord return? Some say, "The Lord Jesus will come with clouds." Others say, "The prophecies predicting His return also state, 'Behold, I come as a thief' (Rev 16:15). 'But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation' (Luk 17:25). 'And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go you out to meet him' (Mat 25:6). If He comes with clouds for all to see, how do we explain the mystery of Him coming in secret, suffering, and being rejected, as well as saying that others will testify about His return?" How will the Lord appear to us? The humorous crosstalk How Exactly Does the Lord Come attempts to resolve our doubts about the issue.

Gospel Movie "Come Out of the Bible" | Explore the Mysteries of the Bible

Harvest after watching: I believed in the Lord Jesus five years ago in a Presbyterian church and the pastors often said, “The Bible is inspired by God, the Bible represents God. We will be able to enter  heaven and have eternal life if we hold onto the Bible.” I agreed with what my pastor said back then. Later on, my mom fellowshipped with me the Lord’s words: “Search the scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And you will not come to me, that you might have life.” (John 5:39-40) I came to understand the Bible only testified to God’s work and there’s no eternal life in the Bible. Christ is the truth, the way and the life. Christ of the last days brings the everlasting life. If we want to get eternal life, we have to come out of the Bible and accept the new words and work of Christ!

Gospel Movie "Come Out of the Bible" | Explore the Mysteries of the Bible

She is a preacher of a house church in China. She preached and shepherded the church whole-heartedly for the Lord. However, confronted with the gradual desolation of the church, she was burning with anxiety yet unable to do anything. When she was distressed and perplexed, she was fortunate to accept Almighty God’s gospel of the last days. Enjoying the rich supply of God’s word, she deeply knew the greatness of God’s salvation and even more felt the misery and helplessness of losing God’s supply and falling into darkness. Thus, she decided to spread God’s work…. During her preaching, a religious pastor proposed to her a very difficult issue: Any belief that departs from the Bible is a heresy, and we won’t accept it. In the face of such a situation, what kind of intense debate happened between the two parties? How did she resolve this notion of the religious people with Almighty God’s word?

Photo Exhibition: Almighty God's Appearance and Work and the History of The Church of Almighty God

The Lord Jesus prophesied, "And, behold, I come quickly" (Rev 22:7). "For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even to the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be" (Mat 24:27). "For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation" (Luk 17:24-25). "He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches" (Rev 2:7). Today, these prophecies of the Lord Jesus have all been fulfilled. Many who long for the appearance of God, and yearn for the arrival of the Lord Jesus upon a cloud, have heard the voice of God, and been raised before His throne. In 1991, in the world’s East, China, a Son of man began to speak, shattering the dark night’s silence before dawn, and rocking different Christian denominations in China. People were overjoyed and rushed about telling each other, testifying that the Lord Jesus had returned and God had begun to speak. In just over a decade, the utterances of this Son of man spread across the Mainland China, which was the appearance and work of Almighty God in China. The appearance and work of Almighty God not only caused a sensation in Mainland China, but rocked the rest of the world. The millions of words expressed by Almighty God have been made publicly available in different countries via the internet. Many who long for the appearance and work of God have begun to seek and investigate the words. This has also drawn the attention of experts and academics. In late October 2018, a photo exhibition entitled “The Appearance and Work of Almighty God” was held at The Church of Almighty God (CAG) in Seoul, South Korea. It attracted over a dozen internationally-renowned experts and scholars to visit and investigate. Christians from the Church described to visitors their feelings and insights after experiencing the words and work of Almighty God.

Beholding the Appearance of God in His Judgment and Chastisement

holy city, the lamb, chastisement, Praying , Fear of the Lord

Like the hundreds of millions of others who follow the Lord Jesus Christ, we abide by the laws and commandments of the Bible, enjoy the abundant grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and gather together, pray, praise, and serve in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ—and all this we do under the care and protection of the Lord.  We are often weak, and we are also often strong. We believe that all of our actions are in accordance with the teachings of the Lord. It goes without saying, then, that we also believe ourselves to be on the path of obedience to the will of the Father in heaven. We long for the return of the Lord Jesus, for His glorious descent, for the end of our life on earth, for the appearance of the kingdom, and for everything as it was foretold in the Book of Revelation: The Lord arrives, He brings disaster, He rewards the good and punishes the wicked, and He takes all those who follow Him and welcome His return up to meet Him in the air. Whenever we think of this, we cannot but be overcome with emotion and filled with gratitude that we were born in the last days and have the good fortune to witness the coming of the Lord. Though we have suffered persecution, we have got in return “a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” What a blessing! All of this longing, and the grace bestowed by the Lord, render us constantly sober unto prayer, and make us more diligent in gathering together. Maybe next year, maybe tomorrow, and again, maybe within a space of time shorter than man can conceive, the Lord shall suddenly descend, appearing among a group of people who have been waiting for Him with eager solicitude. We rush to get ahead of each other, none willing to fall behind, all for the sake of being in the first group to behold the appearance of the Lord, of being among those who are raptured. We have given everything, heedless of the cost, for the coming of this day, some leaving their jobs, some abandoning their families, some renouncing marriage, and some even donating all of their savings. What selfless acts of devotion! Such sincerity and loyalty is surely beyond even the saints of ages past! As the Lord bestows grace upon whomever He pleases, and shows mercy to whomever He pleases, our acts of devotion and of expending, we believe, have long since been beheld by His eyes. So, too, have our heartfelt prayers reached His ears, and we trust that the Lord will give us recompense for our dedication. Moreover, God had been gracious toward us before He created the world, and the blessings and promises He has given to us no one can take away. We are all planning for the future, and as a matter of course have made our dedication and expending into counter chips or capital to exchange for being raptured to meet the Lord in the air. What is more, we have, without the slightest hesitation, placed ourselves on the throne of the future, to preside over all nations and all peoples, or to reign as kings. All this we take as a given, as something to be expected.

What Does Faith Mean and Do You Know How to Have Faith?

By Anxin

With regard to faith, it is said in Scripture: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). From this verse we can see that faith involves the belief that everything we hope for shall be realized, and the confidence that things we cannot see shall be achieved. In the course of following God, faith is particularly important because it represents one’s true dependence on and admiration of God. Only those who possess true faith can witness God’s wondrous deeds and be made perfect by Him. So what does faith mean? Let’s look at some biblical records to find the answer.

Second Coming of Christ Movie Clip (2) - Is Accepting the Gospel of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ Apostasy?

Christian Film "Stay Out of My Business" Clip 2

In the Bible, Paul said, "I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ to another gospel" (Galatians 1:6). The pastors and elders misinterpret these words of Paul, and condemn all people who accept the gospel of the second coming of Lord Jesus, saying that this would be apostasy and that it would be betraying the Lord. Some believers therefore miss the chance to welcome the Lord, because they have been deceived. It is evident that getting a clear understanding of the true meaning of this text is extremely important to our welcoming the return of the Lord. So what is the true meaning of this passage of Scripture? Is accepting the gospel of the second coming of Lord Jesus apostasy?

How to Treat Bible Prophecies Correctly? Avoid the Pharisees’ Failure

The Church of Almighty God Bible,Judgment, worship,Holy Spirit

The Bible says: “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” (2 Peter 1:20-21). “As also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, to their own destruction” (2 Peter 3:16). “For the letter kills, but the spirit gives life” (2 Corinthians 3:6). These verses tell us that we cannot interpret prophecies literally relying on our conceptions and imaginings, because prophecies are from God, and it is only through the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit that we can understand them. However, before prophecies are fulfilled, it is easy for us to rely on our own notions and interpret them literally. This makes it easy to misinterpret prophecies. And our absurd interpretations will mislead others. For example, when it came to the prophecies about the arrival of the Messiah, the Pharisees relied on their own ideas. Before the Lord Jesus was born, based on the literal meaning of the prophecies in Isaiah 7:14, 9:6-7 and Micah 5:2, they imagined the Messiah’s arrival: The Messiah would be born of a virgin in Bethlehem, and be named Emmanuel; He would grow up in a palace and govern Israel while sitting upon a throne. However, when the prophecies were fulfilled, the way they had imagined Him ended up being at odds with the facts. What they actually saw was: The Lord was born of the married Mary and into a carpenter’s family, and was called Jesus; He came from Nazareth, and in the end was nailed to the cross. This is very different from the literal meaning of the prophecies. Hence, even though they saw that the Lord Jesus’ work and preaching had authority and power, the Pharisees did not acknowledge the Lord Jesus as the promised Messiah. Instead, they even blasphemed the Lord Jesus, saying He depended on the prince of the devils to cast out demons. Thus, they committed the sin of blaspheming against the Holy Spirit, offended the disposition of God, and would never gain the Lord’s forgiveness. And those commoners who had no discernment and believed what the Pharisees said also lost God’s salvation. From this example, we can see that because the Pharisees held on to their imaginings and the literal meaning of the prophecies, they ruined themselves and also others.

Questions and Answers on God’s Work of Judgment in the Last Days (7)

believe in God,Bible,judgment,the truth,Eastern Lightning

Question 7: Many brothers and sisters all think that our belief in the Lord Jesus means our sins have already been forgiven, and that we’ve enjoyed so much of the Lord’s grace and all experienced the Lord’s compassion and mercy. The Lord Jesus already does not see us as sinners, so we should be able to be brought directly into the kingdom of heaven. Then why did the Lord not bring us into the kingdom of heaven when He came, but still has to perform His work of judgment in the last days? Is God’s judgment of the last days to cleanse and save mankind or to condemn and destroy? Many people are unable to see through this. Please fellowship about this to us more specifically.

Is Once Saved Always Saved True? Here Is the Answer

The Church of Almighty God,God’s work,God’s will,truth,salvation

By Emily

The Lord Jesus’ redemptive work has spread to the ends of the earth, reached every home and become a household name, and it is also because of the Lord Jesus’ redemption that mankind has survived until today. There are many brothers and sisters who back up the viewpoint of “once saved, always saved,” with the words of the apostle Paul, “For with the heart man believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation” (Romans 10:10). They think: Since the Lord Jesus redeemed us through crucifixion, we have already been absolved of all our sins and saved by our faith, and once saved, we are always saved, and so long as we endure until the end, we will be directly raptured into the heavenly kingdom when the Lord returns. However, some other brothers and sisters can’t help but question: “Is it really so easy for us to be saved? Can we attain salvation and enter into the kingdom of heaven through faith alone?”

Questions and Answers on God’s Work of Judgment in the Last Days (6)

Question 6: You say that the Lord has come to do the work of judgment and purification in the last days, but the Lord Jesus said: “And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment” (Jhn 16:8). The Lord Jesus’ words and work have already achieved having people recriminate themselves for their sins, for righteousness, and for judgment. By confessing our sins to the Lord and repenting, we have already undergone His judgment, so what really is the difference between what you say is the work of judgment in the last days and the work of the Lord Jesus?

believe in God,Bible, judgment,The Church of Almighty God,life

Answer: The Lord Jesus said, “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment” (Jhn 16:7-8). Many religious people believe that these words refer to the work of the Holy Spirit in the Age of Grace. They believe that in the Age of Grace, the Lord Jesus did the work of redemption; the process of people accepting the Lord Jesus and confessing and repenting in front of the Lord was that the Holy Spirit came, told the people of the world to reproach themselves for their sins, for righteousness, for judgment, and had people confess and repent to the Lord. This was God’s judgment. As people see it, this perspective is very much in line with their notions, but we must be clear that what the Lord Jesus did was the work of redemption, and all He gave to mankind was a way for repentance. Just as the Lord Jesus said: “Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Mat 4:17). He did not do the work of judging and purifying people; His words that carry the essence of judgment were able to have people acknowledge in front of the Lord the sins they committed and repent. However, the outcome that His work and words achieved was just to have people confess and repent; it did not achieve judgment and complete purification of mankind. So to put it accurately, when the Lord Jesus said “And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of, and of judgment,” this referred to the Lord returning in the last days and doing the work of judgment. Just as the Lord Jesus said: “And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejects me, and receives not my words, has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day” (Jhn 12:47-48). God’s work of judgment in the last days is not just having people confess and repent, but it is to resolve the source of mankind’s sins, which is people’s satanic natures and dispositions, so that they can entirely cast off the influence of Satan and achieve holiness. It is the work of saving, purifying, and perfecting mankind. It is also the work of rewarding good and punishing evil, and of ending the age. So we cannot say that the Lord Jesus’ work of redemption was the work of judgment, and we particularly cannot take the Holy Spirit’s work in the Age of Grace to be God’s work of judgment in the last days.

Gospel Movie Clip (5) - Who Is It That Bestows the Way of Eternal Life Upon Man?

The Lord Jesus said, "But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life" (John 4:14). The Lord Jesus is the fountainhead of the living water of life, He is the way of eternal life, but, as witnessed by the Eastern Lightning, only Christ of the last days—Almighty God can give people the way of eternal life. So, do Almighty God and the Lord Jesus come from the same source? Are Their works carried out by one God? Why can only Christ of the last days bestow on us the way of eternal life?

Breaking Free From Sin Is a Path to the Kingdom of God

gospel,God’s love,Eastern Lightning,the last days,Christ

By Aixi, Malaysia

When I was 12, I began believing in the Lord Jesus and became a Christian. After I began believing, I actively and persistently participated in Sunday worship and Bible study groups. At Bible study meetings, we often discussed 2 Timothy 4:7–8, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: From now on there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness.” We thought that, as Christians, we should imitate Paul and strive to run around and do works, because the Lord would bestow crowns of righteousness upon us. Our pastor also often encouraged us by saying the kingdom of heaven is entered through effort, and as long as we make efforts to pursue and diligently do the Lord’s work, when the Lord returns, He would rapture us up to the kingdom of heaven. These teachings became the cornerstone of my belief in God, and I swore to myself that I would do all in my power to participate in church service work so that I could accrue enough “value” to satisfy God, so that when He came, I could be raptured up into the kingdom of heaven.
